In this workshop, we’re going to Uncover our purpose, instead of, say, Finding or Learning it.
It seems that every class I see is prescriptive. It teaches us to fix or improve what’s wrong to make our lives better. To learn some new skill that we don’t have. To correct a defect like procrastination or depression.
But what if we already have what we need inside us?
If that were the case, all we’d need to do is go inward to uncover what’s already there.
That’s the principle of this workshop. I’m not going to pile new things on your plate. I simply want to give you a light, show you how to shine it into your shadows, and help you uncover a hidden treasure. You already have it—it belongs to you. It’s accumulated from a lifetime of experiences and desires. It started in your DNA, your ancestry. It’s the Big Purpose that drives you, even if you’re unaware of it.
And once you uncover it, you’ll have the wealth you need to create with more authenticity and focus. Your Big Purpose is your North Star. It doesn’t restrict your work—it frees it.
Once you know it’s there, when you lose sight of it, you can find your way back.
